Love this!!!! A must-have for all the city babies!

You would think there are tons of great Italian Subs to be found in Manhattan, but by my experience, you'd be wrong. The best one that i've come across is served at Parm in Little Italy (so named obviously because of their parmigiana sandwiches). Everything down to the oil & vinegar ratio and seeded roll are right on point.

I'll be saddled up to the bar around 10am on Saturday for all you St. Patty's revelers looking for a plan. Great Corned Beef, Great beers, Great crowd...

One of my all time fav East Village Italian spots. Always great food and a great vibe in the place. They are one of the best delivery spots in the East Village to boot. Can't go wrong.

The Grey Dog - One of the best coffeeshops in NYC with really good sandwiches to boot. All 3 stores are in great parts of Manhattan as well. They get super crowded at lunch time, but since there are very few places like Grey Dog in NYC it makes it worth the wait. Get some Coffee grinds to go.

If you have the coin.... Daniel is still one of the best restaurants in NYC after all these years. I particularly love their Cheese Plate options for dessert. A must try for NYC Foodies if you can afford it.

What's better than a Dr. Browns Black Cherry soda and a pastrami on rye? This is a NYC institution and worth every penny. Nuff said.

Paying Top Dollar for Condos, and Leaving Them Empty

I just had the Porchetta Sandwich at Eataly... It was fantastic. Anyone who works near the flatiron district should stop in and grab one. Not as great as the Prime Rib Sandwich there, but very close. Despite being in Eataly I feel like that sandwich spot is one of the undiscovered treasures of NYC eating!

I've had a few great experiences here - excellent food and service.

I live in Central Jersey and have been a member for 6 years. I use the club for weekends in the city . The staff is really great, friendly and always accommodating. Very little staff turn over. It is always nice to see the same faces and have them recognize you.

A great studio in midtown NYC to record and mix quality music vocals, plus a live rehearsal room.

Great spot to grab a drink with friends or colleague after work.

This is my favorite pastry shop in the city. Old school Italian. It's been around for over 100 yrs. The shopping in the area isn't great but better hoods are not far. If you like cheese cake.... they have the best on the planet.

My primary care doc is in New Jersey, but a bunch of the guys I worked with at UBS used to see Dr. Greaney and really liked him. I know this because I saw him once a long time ago and was referred by them. Im pretty sure he's associated with NYU too. Check him out.

If it has to be midtown proper, BLT Steak is really really surprisingly good in my opinion. If you want the best in NYC, you already know to head to Lugers

Forget midtown... the best steak in the city is near Union Square. Great spot.
